Staten Island North Shore Development Update

Over-development is considered a problem, if not a major problem, in many places and in Staten Island, the locals have voted through their Community Board with the backing of their Borough President and a number of various groups and individuals against the latest building proposals and requests for variances by the builders to change the law in their favor.

 This video lays out much of the history reported through Kathleen Harris and Lenny Librizzi with an update of the recent vote by the local Community Board (CB-1) and statement from the Borough President, James Oddo.
