The Peoples Climate March: A Short Viewing

We know that there were more than 400,000 people in the Peoples Climate March because we stayed at the starting line and in the staging area and walked the whole way beyond the 4 hours 40 minutes that it took to cross that first step at Columbus Circle on the curved way to a backed-up 42nd Street and 11th Avenue.
This video shows a few minutes of the many, many people with signs, banners, costumes, floats, bands,…..made, paid for and held in their many diverse hands. They are showing their concerns about the problems and solutions of Climate Change, Renewables and Sustainabilities.
To be there was to witness history.
To view this is to see a part of the future.
