Samara Swanston: A Talk On Renewable Energy in NYC

On November 1, 2013, Samara Swanston, Legislative Counsel to The Environmental Protection Committee of the New York City Council, gave a talk representing her views only and not those of “any governmental entity” to The Environment TV. It was recorded at The Cooper Union, where an exhibition was being held entitled “Emissions: Images from the Mixing Layer.” That exhibition and an accompanying panel discussion dealt with the  evidence that Manhattan is enveloped in a cloud of methane resulting from numerous leaks in the gas pipeline infrastructure.
