Delaware Riverkeeper Network video Act 13 Forum

On March 13, 2014 the Delaware Riverkeeper Network hosted a forum/webcast with the attorneys and community leaders who led the legal challenge against Pennsylvania’s pro-gas Act 13. The state supreme court ruled that Pennsylvania residents have a right to a clean environment. The panel answered questions from the studio audience and people watching online.
